Balancing act
Balance is definitely a word that I am familiar with. Whilst I will be the first to say that I am not an overly organised person I do manage to juggle all my commitments and most of the time I stay sane!! I guess I have been doing it for a number of years now, balancing training, working, socialising and resting; so I have become quite accustomed to it....

My favourite foods
FOOD....WOW!!! Anyone who knows me, know that I LOVE food! I like being creative with food, trying new and different things, jazzing up meals that you have had since you were 5 and trying out new restaurants/cafes. As an athlete I do eat healthily but that doesn’t mean that you have to be boring or eat the same thing every night....

I'm heading overseas!
To distract myself from the seriousness of Olympic training this year I have been planning an overseas holiday! Very excited!! I love travelling and getting to see different places and cultures. Fascinating and I’ve learnt so much about the world and about myself through travelling....
