I love to cook! Whenever I’m busy, which is all the time(!), I often feel like I don’t have time to prepare healthy food to eat. But I always make sure I’m eating a balanced diet as that is the only way I’m going to keep up with my hectic life! I love having people over and entertaining- whether it’s a quick bowl of pasta or stir fry on a weeknight, or on the weekend where it’s something that I’ve ogled in a glossy magazine or dog eared cook book for months......
