I'm Karen Cheng, I have worked as an art director and web designer after graduating from university in Perth. I now work for myself as a fashion and lifestyle blogger, and am the mother of two little boys.

I created Snippets of Life (http://www.karencheng.com.au), an award-winning website about women's lifestyle, fashion and living a balanced, fulfilled life. Snippets of Life is read daily by thousands in over forty countries. It is one of the most popular women’s blogs in Australia, and covers all of my interests - fashion, shopping, art and design, wining and dining, family, parenting, children, and cooking.

I am passionate about being involved in a wide range of activities – interviewing fashion designers, searching for the latest style trends in the city, keeping fit and healthy, learning how to cook exotic dishes and host dinner parties, making craft projects with my children, growing vegetables in my garden, being active in the community and living life to the full!

I believe happiness and fun can be found both in the big, exciting moments in life, and also in the simple, everyday things.
